Local Moving in Denver

Two movers and a truck at $155 an hour. You know the rate, the crew and the minimum before anyone picks up a box.

A local move is priced by the hour, and the hours come down to three things you can see before move day: how many rooms, how many flights of stairs, and how far the truck parks from your door. We ask all three on the first call, so the number you hear is the number you pay.

Most jobs run with two movers. A three-bedroom usually finishes faster and cheaper with three, because the carry and the drive get shared between more hands. We will tell you which option is cheaper for your job rather than selling you the bigger crew.

Travel time is inside the hourly rate. The minimum is three hours. If the job finishes in ninety minutes you pay the three hours and nothing else — no fuel line invented at the curb, no stair fee that appears on the final invoice.

Everything a normal move needs comes with the crew: moving blankets, shrink wrap, floor runners, door jamb protectors, dollies and straps. None of it is billed as an extra.

Questions

What people ask

How is the price calculated?

$155 per hour for two movers and a truck, with a three-hour minimum. Each extra mover is $60 per hour. Travel time is included, not billed separately.

Do you charge for stairs or a long carry?

No. We ask about stairs and parking on the quote call, so the estimate already accounts for them.

What if the move runs longer than quoted?

You are billed for time actually worked, in fifteen-minute increments after the three-hour minimum. We call you before passing the estimate.

How far ahead should I book?

A week is comfortable. The last three days of any month and every Saturday fill up first.
