Wheat Ridge is mostly post-war ranch houses, and the basement is always the part that runs over. We count it in the estimate rather than treating it as a surprise on the day.
Moving inside Wheat Ridge is priced exactly as anywhere else we work: $155 an hour for 2 movers + truck, a 3 hours minimum, and travel time already inside the rate. There is no Wheat Ridge zone fee and no mileage line on the invoice.
