Gated estates where access is arranged with staff, not shouted at a gate.
Medina is estate housing, and access here is arranged in advance through a property manager or household staff rather than sorted out at the gate on the morning. Driveways are private and often circular, which suits a truck, but the interiors call for slow careful work: stone floors that need full runner coverage, art and glass that get crated rather than blanket-wrapped. We quote the extra handling rather than rushing it.
Moving inside Medina is priced exactly as anywhere else we work: $155 an hour for 2 movers + truck, a 3 hours minimum, and travel time already inside the rate. There is no Medina zone fee and no mileage line on the invoice.
On the quote call we ask three things — how many rooms, how many flights of stairs, and how close the truck can park. Those decide the hours, and the hours decide the price. Everything else is already included: blankets, shrink wrap, floor runners, dollies and straps.
Medina is served out of our Washington office in Seattle, WA. Call (720) 343-1229 and you reach the people who dispatch the crew, 7:00 am – 9:00 pm, seven days.
Same hourly rate across all of them — the only thing that changes is how long the carry takes.
$155 an hour for 2 movers + truck, $215 an hour for three movers, with a 3 hours minimum. Travel time is inside the rate, so there is no separate mileage line for Medina and no zone fee.
We ask about the approach on the quote call. In Medina Heights and Evergreen Point that usually means checking how close the truck can sit to the door; where a building or the city requires a reserved space or a permit, we tell you before the date is booked rather than on the morning.
Neither is charged as an extra. Walk-ups and buildings with a service elevator both get counted as hours on the estimate, because that is what they actually cost. If a building books its elevator in blocks, we reserve one and plan the load around it.
Medina is dispatched from our Washington office in Seattle, WA. The drive is already inside the hourly rate — it is not added to the invoice afterwards.
